Stephanie Chamberlain
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 20 years and practicing as a therapist for more than a decade. Throughout that time, I’ve supported many individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. My experience has shown me that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself. it’s about understanding your story, your patterns, and reconnecting with the parts of you that already hold wisdom and strength.
At the core of my work is the belief that you already carry the answers within you. My role is to help create a space where that inner knowing can safely surface -where you can slow down, listen inward, and begin to trust yourself in new ways.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mother of two and identify as queer. Much of my life is rooted in both connection and balance whether I’m biking, skiing, spending time outdoors, or digging for worms in the garden with my kids. I value the quiet moments just as much as the chaos. Those rare pauses with a cup of tea, as well as the full, messy, meaningful experience of being human.
I also deeply value self-work and show up to my own process every week. This commitment shapes how I show up as a therapist. More grounded, human, and continually growing.
I provide a free 15 minute consultation call to see if we are a good fit.
