  • Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, burnout, body and challenging eating patterns, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is holistic and evidence-based, integrating EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and attachment-informed care. This allows us to address both the emotional and physiological impact of stress and trauma, supporting deeper healing and long-term resilience.

In our work together, we’ll identify the root causes of your challenges while building practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce stress, and improve relationships. I help clients develop greater mind–body awareness, release ineffective patterns, and create more balanced, sustainable ways of living.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I offer an LGBTQ+ affirming therapy space where you can show up as you are and feel fully supported in your healing process.

  • IFS Informed- EMDR Therapy

IFS-informed EMDR is a powerful, integrative approach that combines the depth of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with the effectiveness of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Together, these therapies allow us to process past experiences in a way that feels safer, more attuned, and deeply respectful of your internal world.

Rather than pushing through overwhelming material, this approach helps us slow down and build a trusting relationship with the different “parts” of you—especially those that carry pain, protect you, or feel stuck. By integrating IFS, EMDR becomes more collaborative and grounded, reducing the risk of overwhelm and allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels right for your system.

I believe that our bodies are deeply wise and hold an intrinsic drive toward healing and resolution. When we learn to listen inward, the body can become a guide in the healing process rather than something to override. Many of the patterns you carry today developed out of necessity—to help you navigate relationships, environments, and life experiences as best you could.

In our work together, we’ll take time to understand these patterns with compassion, exploring how they once served you while building the skills needed to shift them in ways that better support your present life. Through IFS-informed EMDR, you can gently process unresolved experiences, reduce emotional intensity, and move toward a more integrated, grounded, and sustainable way of being.

  • Executive Functioning Skills and Goal-Oriented Coaching

Real, lasting change doesn’t come from motivation or willpower alone. It comes from having the right systems, strategies, and self-understanding to support how you actually function day to day. My coaching focuses on helping you build a life that works with your brain, not against it.

We start by exploring your executive functioning. The skills that shape how you plan, focus, organize, and follow through. Together, we identify your unique strengths and where things tend to break down, without judgment or labels. This creates a clear, honest foundation for change.

Everything we build is meant to feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

This process is collaborative and compassionate. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula. Just thoughtful guidance, practical tools, and steady support as you build momentum and confidence.

If you’ve felt stuck, scattered, or unsure how to move forward, this work helps you create clarity, structure, and real progress one step at a time.
